Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We specialize in professional tools and construction materials. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility (14-Day Policy)

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, parts, and bundled items must be included

  • The item must not show signs of wear, installation, modification, cutting, or damage

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, altered, or partially consumed materials

  • Cut-to-size, custom-made, or special-order products

  • Bulk construction materials once opened

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (required for damaged/defective claims)

Returns must be approved in writing before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable)

  • Safe packaging and proper carrier selection

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Keep all original packaging for inspection

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

If the item shows signs of use, installation, or damage, we may:

  • Reject the return, or

  • Deduct a restocking fee (up to 30%)


7. PayPal Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We are committed to fair resolution of disputes.

If a PayPal dispute or chargeback is filed:

  • We will submit delivery confirmation, tracking records, product photos, and communication history as evidence

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled

  • Unauthorized return or chargeback without prior contact may result in claim denial

We encourage customers to contact us directly at ceo@custompanel.co.kr before opening a PayPal dispute so we can resolve the issue promptly.


8. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for import duties and local taxes

  • Refused shipments due to customs issues are not eligible for full refund

  • Shipping fees and return freight will be deducted from any approved refund


9. Important Notice for Construction Materials

Due to the professional and industrial nature of our products:

  • Installation constitutes acceptance of the product condition

  • We are not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, or project delays

  • Product compatibility and specification verification is the customer’s responsibility before purchase
